How do I calibrate?: Sit in your ideal posture, then tap the Calibrate button. Hold still during the countdown.
The app doesn't detect my posture.: Make sure the front camera can see your upper body (head and shoulders). Good lighting helps.
Can I adjust sensitivity?: Yes! Go to Settings and adjust the Detection Sensitivity slider (1 = lenient, 5 = strict).
Does SitTall collect my data?: No. All processing happens on your device. No images or data are sent anywhere. See our Privacy Policy.
Battery usage?: SitTall uses frame skipping to minimize battery drain. It processes only ~10 frames per second.
